It seems our boredom is rubbing off on Cavin. Or the fact that he has only a balloon, the busy book I made him, a small ball, a truck and an airplane to play with in our tiny room. We packed this punching balloon because Cavin loves balloons, specifically punching balloons. We always keep one blown up at the house! It has been great to have one here, as we can blow it up and then take the air out as needed to take it to a new place. Needless to say, Cavin has continued to have a lot of fun with his punching balloon while we have been here in Ukraine. Regardless, after you have punched it a million times, and thrown it off Dad's head a million more times, you have to start being creative. So Cavin created his own new use for his balloon. Not only did it entertain him, but us as well! Enjoy!
We have been keeping busy as much as possible, but the weather here is super cold. At least there has been snow on the ground the entire time we have been here to offset the cold! So we stay out as much as we can, typically until our hands are frozen and then we head back to the hotel. Some days this is longer than others depending on the temperature and whether or not there is a frigid wind.
One more day, and then its Monday and hopefully with Ukrainian holidays over for a while, things will speed up! Keep praying!
